Frisk and Flowey are looking through some scrapbooks, and find an assortment of pressed flowers. After gazing at them for a while, Flowey asks Frisk if they'll preserve his body like that after he dies.
When Frisk becomes sick one day, both Toriel and Flowey become quite worried. Flowey in particular reacts poorly, because in his experience, sickened humans always die, and he doesn't want to lose Frisk, too.
